One has 2 bays and a large office, and the other has 3 bays, an office, and 2 lifts.

I'm guessing she signed a stipulation to be out in the 90 days granted by the judge, in CA you would just need to go back to court, get a default judgement and obtain a writ of possession, then run down to the sheriff's office, pay them for a lockout.
