i cant imagine that it is the case in other areas of the state that are not as heavily regulated as we are, but i would check with an attorney.i HIGHLY recommend that you use an attorney for evictions.

There are those who interpret the IRS regulations to mean that you can't even go over and change a light bulb, so be very careful about this.Secondarily, there are others who also cannot have any financial gain, including going over to change light bulbs, such as pretty much every family member you have.

Dont forget Royce Billiot that there are numerous other avenues that will connect you with possible deals for wholesaling, I would only use CL to place ads for properties I would like to sale or rent as opposed to looking their for deals.Hope this helps some :)
