Without knowing the full details of how your offer and initial walk through went, I can not say if your desire to renegotiate is appropriate or not, however, you are not asking for a lot here, on the seller's side, they may or may not be motivated or willing to retrace the deal.

They fully believe that I have the discipline, motivations and ethics to not mislead them if I let them know I'm going into another, more lucrative business.To keep it short, I've been successful in 2 areas for a long time, Real Estate and trading stocks.

It's a steep barrier to entry into this particular group, no doubt, but the people that are really motivated hit the ground running and make up the investment in the first few months.

He was really counting on that so he's fairly "motivated" I've been doing tons of research on creative real estate investing but haven't done a deal yet.

I do numerous flips and my insurance agent has really reasonable rates that I have not found lower anywhere.

Does anyone have any solid tips on finding motivated sellers and properties in this area?
