@Tyler Judd I like to over-communicate to my clients that CMHC is documentation heavy, they want all documents upfront before they can issue a Letter of Interest.

Any advice on how to communicate the change?

I find some agents locally are not very familiar with how to communicate or navigate in these types of sales, and because I could, I was able to represent myself in the transaction quickly and efficiently.

It's completely unacceptable to have a PM who doesn't communicate much less one who doesn't manage to the lease. 

We don't want the extra calls or communications about why was my charge higher or why do I still owe more? 

Some, but not all the classes you should take: accounting, economics, writing/copy, communications, public speaking, etc.

The activities of wife with respect to the rental properties included, among other things, cleaning common areas, collecting coins from washing machines, performing repairs at the properties, communicating with tenants, collecting and depositing rent, maintaining insurance policies, purchasing materials for the properties, as needed, paying bills and keeping books and records for tax accounting purposes.
