Switching to property mgr
Need to switch to a property manager. Tenant is a pain and I always worry he won’t pay and just take advantage of the no eviction law with covid. Any advice on how to communicate the change?

@Dennis Chiem also remember that while a PM has experience dealing with tenants, they don’t have any magic wand to help with bigger problems.
If you’re not equipped to deal with the tenant (don’t have the time, difficulty saying no, etc), then a PM can definitely help. But if it’s time for a new tenant, I’d work on a plan to get them out. End their lease, cash for keys, whatever.
Just something to consider before you start throwing money at a PM who may or may not really be able to help.
