One neighborhood is a C neighborhood but turns about 20% ROI where as there's a A/B neighborhood that turns about 10% ROI.

We want someone who is willing to look for rental potential and give us the inside scoop on which neighborhoods are more or less rental friendly, can give pros and cons on amenities, and is familiar with the fees for various communities.
