Hello I live in Milwaukee, WI and I want to know if anyone can basically mentor me or put me under their wing about wholesaling.

@Craishia MillinesSenior liens are not extinguished by the foreclosure of junior liens.

@Chris CampbellThey are owed nothing by the new buyer.....their lien got wiped out by the foreclosure of the superior lien, assuming the the junior lien was properly named/served.....this is for mtgs, judgments etc.  

If there are any junior liens they properly notice and extinguish them.Can you be more specific with your question?

I am a highly motivated person who is always open minded to learning new techniques for making money to reach financial freedom .I am currently becoming familiar with wholesaling contracts to investors , subject to’s, and owner financing with lease options .I have started my own company with the knowledge I have obtained from learning online (wish I had a mentor ) I am hoping to meet new highly motivated people who are willing to share their story with these making money strategies and hopefully meet a mentor along the way!

The best thing to do is to  find a mentor that truly knows what they are doing and work with them to learn the ropes.
