Even the very basic forms that are available at the Secretary of State´s website are of minimal use–they will get you a filing number, minimal legal status, and that is about all.

Does this mean that real estate agents can qualify for Real Estate Professional status as well?

You should ask an attorney about liability and how to limit it based on marital property.
