Hello BP,I have a question hopefully it’s not too ridiculous.. should I get a lawyer and an accountant prior to even getting my first deal or should I wait?

I also would like to know how I can incentivize lawyers to push for my "very generous offer".

I did get a reply from the representative I emailed and said he would make my point known at the meeting.

On your end just lawyer and title company.If your state has a transfer tax, you'll get hit with that when you sell to your daughter.My other idea is that you could buy with cash and put both your names on title.

If you're working with a real estate agent they might have some idea how to exit the contract based on experience and this might help steer you in the right direction but they are not lawyers and cannot advise.I would suggest bringing on someone with a skillset to compliment your own for future flips.

This is the dilemma I have been tossing around in my head.But in reading the Millionaire Real Estate Agent by Gary Keller I am realizing that what really matters is you and how you represent yourself to a potential customer.

I'll have to ask my accountant or the lawyer who set up the trust how that affects the taxes. 

You should have your attorney explain this to you, you do have one representing you right?

Hello @Mo Muigai this sounds as if you need a real estate lawyer for yourself to draw up a contract.

I won't even try to touch the legal parts...you should have a lawyer as part of your team and ask them.
