I have yet to do a real estate deal but have been approached by numerous clients looking to get involved.

There are tons of opertunities in grand rapids, the meet up group is a great place to network with a fun and inviting atmosphere.  

This is someone who takes the details of a doctor's or hospital visit and turns them into numerical codes for insurance companies and researchers to use to simplify the story of what happened during the visit as far as the patient's illness/injury and the treatments received.

In my experience I've use the same wholesale contracts in numerous states.

The cost of maintaining a chimney is outrageous and you would have to deal with them needing a good place to store wood, which invites termites and carpenter ants close to the house.

If the previous landlord gave us the results from the background check they had done, I might skip that step, but so far no seller has given us any type of background check information.Tenants we invite to release pay on time most months, and pay the late fee if they are late.
