Networking is so huge; as you hear other investor stories, meet others to possibly work with, and more learning.

Long story short, we closed two properties 15 days apart in the same town, on the same street a few houses apart.

I am going to talk to the tenant this week and find out what is going on what story they have.My questions:1) Is the eviction moratorium still on in NJ, and would it apply since mine is owner occupied residence.2) Since my lease doesn't say much on a guest policy, what would be the reasonable number of days guest could stay in NJ?

Hey BP fam...I've started doing some research into flipping new construction and I'm super interested in hearing about the process, success stories, horror stories, etc!
