In addition to my regular work, mostly single-family custom residential and small commercial work, I would really like to get a second business going for additional income and maybe, just maybe, the ability to retire a bit earlier and travel more in the meantime.I'm mostly drawn to flips and spec homes but in all these podcasts have come to appreciate the possibilities that a buy and hold might have.Anyway, glad to be moving on something and looking forward to interacting on the site more!

There should be sections referring to the description of your unit (where it begins and what it includes) as well as definitions of the Common Elements of building (owned by the association and the Limited common elements (used to service one or more units but not all) and how they are handled (who is responsible for them).

I usually respond to their emails with a statement of  requirements, a reminder of key elements of the property, and an open house date if they are interested.I track any answers to any screening questions when I talk to them and anything they volunteer so I can remember who they are.
