HannahI simply bought a second, old, used, iPhone, off of craigslist and use that for marketing.

Of course, you can't legally break into their website database and download information, but if someone wants to give their information to you at the property, it's yours to have. 

They are paid resources, but produce free quarterly reports you can download. 

I got the version that was wifi only and I use my iPhone as a wifi hotspot, but this requires a certain plan on the iPhone.
