Im at work now getting ready to head home and they said i need to come in at 7am tomorrow.Have I mentioned how unpredictable my job and schedule can be??

Got a great deal on this place, and going to do well when I sale it in the next few months.Right now I am running my roofing business (which I have done for nearly all my working life) and rapidly moving my way into the fix and flip family of investors.

There was one that I was about to head out to, but I called the law firm to check the status and it got cancelled about 10 minutes prior to my phone call and it was only 1 hour before the auction was scheduled to take place.

I had placed $5000 in my head as worst case scenario.
