Does a quit claim deed now signal any red flags or what is the simplest way to clean up the title work?

In those cases, tenants usually leave the items upon their vacancy and landlords will then have to clean it up on their expense.

We will be replacing flooring, cabinets, lights, vanities, toilets, paints, cleaning up the exterior, addressing the foundational needs and more!

I'm not saying you should trust every accusation, just that a clean background check is not alone a reason to dismiss a neighbor's complaint.

I read in David Greene's BRRRR book, that if you have a college degree in the field you just started working, that could count as multiple years of paystubs.

I enter in all the info but for some reason, the Purchase section won't get a green checkmark and I can't finish the analysis.

It needs some clean up, maybe a little industry to really change the area. 

Make sure the park is OK with what you want to do, how you want to improve the property, plans, and value.Be cautious not to over-improve as much of that crowd is looking for affordability, yes they want clean and sharp but aren't always focused on the latest cabinets, finishes or look.

I expect to be about $9K in repairs and clean up.
