This typically works best when the assigning developer has specific local knowledge, permitting abilities, relationships, or expertise that allows him to approve a project that is more valuable than the “by-right” development.

It won't happen overnight and it doesn't work if you're trying to post ONLY for leads to sell property to, but if you stay consistently engaged to learn and grow while you try to add value without expecting anything in return, you'll begin to have people reaching out to you for that knowledge and expertise.

It's amazing how the Covid/Chinese virus has miraculously imparted legal expertise to many tenants.I have heard of no special 'must give a reason' pandemic clause being mandated by our governor, nor does the PA l/t law reference that point.If you are on a month-to-month, simply serve proper notice with proper time period that the tenancy is being terminated.

I know that almost sounds backwards, because you want someone with expertise.

In addition, your expertise matters as well.

If you are going to get a professional designation, you have to act the part, as you will be held to a higher standard.Not speaking to you personally here since I don't know your level of expertise, etc.
