And the general criteria we are looking for are: price <$650k, lot size 5 acres+, (but as much land as possible, bonus if some passive farming income and/or sub dividable) within 15 mins drive of the nearest city / Main Street, location close to holiday rental attractions (rail trail, hiking, seasonal events, public transport etc).A few questions for anyone who has read this far:1.

There has been too much of that lately with people too excited about the short term rental "loophole", resulting in bad investments just to save a few bucks in tax.I have a ready solution - say you sold a rental property for $1m, then you can just pay me $1m in fees to talk about it, and you are at net $0 of income ;)

I have rental properties and the property management company direct deposit my rental into my bank account instead of naming the properties by address, she just put the property management company name in the additional income.
