I’m planning on doing a double closing on this property , but I don’t know how much that would take out of my profit ? Does this vary from transaction to transaction? And if so , how do I determine the closing costs? 

I came across what appears to be a fairly good property, but I am not sure about the repair costs as the Wholesaler said he does not live in town and thus cannot do a site walk without an offer.  

With that being said if you are a experienced Wholesaler or Real Estate Investor looking to network and add an ambitious young man to your team that will better your team and be eager to learn.

I already have set up my CallRail account, my skip genie, and my list source. is there any software that is necessary for the wholesale business.

So is the wholesaler in on it or did the scammer reach out to a local wholesaler posing as the owner of the property?

I've been trying  to wholesale in Anchorage but its been difficult finding good deals.

You need both for wholesale transactions unless you are doing a double close.
