Starting Wholesaling in Florida

Diogo Silva
Posted

Good Evening ,

My name is Diogo. I have some questions that are ringing inside my head and making me paralyze. I already have set up my CallRail account, my skip genie, and my list source. is there any software that is necessary for the wholesale business. Since I have little money, less than a couple hundreds after the memberships that I paid. Also I have to have in mind my expenses in advertising that will be Facebook, direct mail for those properties that I select through the list ( List source), and craigslist. I will set up ads focused for both sellers and buyers. I do believe that I have the lead generation processed figured out ( just needs action). However, what keeps me thinking is when I find the motivated seller/ deal  and the motivated buyer - The part of the paperwork and transaction. I hear several time that I do not need to be an expert of the transaction and paperwork procedures, but I do need to understand what is happening and when it is happening ( we never go blindfolded for battle, right?!). my question is :

 - I need to create a bond with a local tittle agency and a real estate attorney?

Please help?
