I am looking for someone that can deliver a 3 day notice to pay or quit to one of my tenants in Barstow.I am out of area landlord and I cannot drive to there in the next 10 days so I am looking for a local person that can print my notice and deliver it to my tenant living near by the intersection of Barstow St and E.

So, I have started putting the list together on my own by going to the Apartments/Rental books (in prints) and locate apartments properties, then go the county websites and locate the owners (mostly LLCs), then go to other websites to locate people running the LLC (if needed and if possible)... etc.

Then, don't be surprised when people see your success and want to "invest" with you and want equal footing. :)For me, I think my "making it" moment will be seeing the monthly net rent checks be higher than my current salary.

If it has more than one bedroom, a tub will be better- families with small kids like tubs.If it is just one bedroom, either, but build in one of those nifty shelf deals down low so a gal has a place for her foot while she shaves.
