When shopping around and you tell them what amount you want to finance, the other things like where your credit stand, they should still be able to give you a ball park % rate.

(every two yrs)Errors and Omissions insurance $650/yr (varies per office, depends on brokers experience) Desk fees, commission agreements or referral only standings ( this all varies depending on what broker you choose to hold your license and can vary greatly.MLS fees $60/ quarterMO real estate license application fee and renewal fee $50-100 each timeSupra key $25 processing fee, $140/yrI'm sure there are some other fees in there, but hopefully that give you a good idea.

Oftentimes, you'd be surprised at how easy it is to just say "no" to their unreasonable requests, and if you stand firm with that, they won't push it much.
