I was absolutely blown away at the thousands upon thousands of colour choices that one has, but was relieved when I finally managed to match my tile colour with a wall and cabnet paint.I am pretty excited to see how this beautiful kitchen island will fit into the overall design, and am really chuffed as to how this has come out.

.- More often than not, leads to no acquisitions..- You are limited to a small geography..- You are only as good as your last deal, then you have to go do it again.Consider executing a well thought out mail campaign.I tell everyone I help start in real estate to forget about buying that first deal.  

My most recent acquisitions have both been duplexes that I acquired using a HELOC and funding minor/moderate rehabs to update the duplexes making them rent ready.

I am a not new to bigger pockets but I finally decided to take some action and I got my first wholesale deal under contract looking forward to networking with investors and gain more knowledge.
