WIth your pedigree I can only assume the actual studying and testing process would be a walk on the park.  

My main goal right now is to try and find a mentor to help fill in some gaps as I stumble through this first lesson.

This process took approximately 2-3 weeks.Due to some issues with the general contractor, the service application to have the meters changed over to the new system took almost three months to process and complete.

It is a slow process and continually evolving network for us.  

I managed to track down the previous seller and informed him it was his responsibility to file a release of mortgage form and even provided him with a form already filled out for him to sign and notarize. 

I am in new in doing wholesales (live in Fl but wholesaling in AZ) and looking for title companies in AZ that double close or info that would guide me in this process.

Good for the process or does that just get in the way of the rehab/refi part of the strategy?

What are some of the most important things you look for when you are looking for an attorney for a closing or to help with an eviction process?

My questions is, since he is the current resident and not a new tenant moving in do I still need to go through the CO process?

Sometimes it is as easy as a simple hearing process, sometimes the use could be grandfathered in no matter what the zoning so only they can tell you what your up against.Cheers!
