When a property hits the MLS, it usually goes to all agents (and the clients with a feed), Zillow, Trulia, every agency website and even Google picks it up as for sale.

It keeps me from taking on too many projects (no new property until current is fixed up and cash flowing is one of my rules) but still feeds my desire to look at properties and gives me access to lots of data.

All that work and no pay makes for a long and sad road to wealth especially when you are feeding the thing that is supposed to be feeding you.

I am curious as to why anyone on this feed hasn't suggested going outside his market to Ohio or Indiana?
