I would start to get insight on what investors are looking for, and you would have a pretty objective person looking at the property instead of some realitor that may not point the camera at all the spots.

@Scott Passman I think you may be spot on with:"Perhaps stagflation is a better term as opposed to pure inflation since it seems like inflation will occur but with less spending/economic growth" Agree 100% we have a super complex monetary system, and i don't believe for a second that even the fed fully understands it.

Try one spot and give people a chance to answer.You should always consider the source.

Sometimes 1 or 2 in what you thought would be your top 3 dissapoints so greatly that you go back and add a 4/5th to interview(I actually found my favorite company because of this).Online reviews can be helpful, but I won't automatically discredit a company solely based on this because negative reviews are more common, generally because of human nature.

Part of my reasoning for this is because it seems like more investors are looking to expand out of Charlotte because of the competition, and so Gaston county may become (in fact I think it is already starting to become) a hot spot for investors, both buy-and-hold and rehabbers, which should provide sufficient demand to actively wholesale Gaston county properties.
