No it shouldn't, your concern should be are you paying a really fair price of $60, and not if I am making $1 or $30, greedy people will want a chunk of the $30, but never offer to give me more then the $1 when that is what I'm making.

A true buyer will put skin in the game, spend money and get inspections done, and make a legitimate attempt to close the deal if the inspections clear.

We have to because of Fair Housing Rules (If you have a single unit that two different people applied to and received different results because of different application methods even though they have identical background checks, that is a fair housing violation).
