So the way I explain it is if you came over you do exactly what you are doing now, in addition to commission, you will earn stocks, can buy shares at a discount from commission check, and you have the potential to earn back your cap in stock if you reach ICON status.

What I find funny/frustrating/fascinating is that there is clearly a great deal of agreement between all the experienced investors (like @Jonathan Twombly, and @Ben Leybovich and @Jay Hinrichs) about most of the data points as well as the overall status of the market - short term and long term.

I think if you created a professional looking facebook page for your business and used it to reach out to people whose homes you were interested in buying it could be considered less invasive than a phone call.
