Additionally every time I have examined the sellers schedule E I have found additional/ higher expenses than initially claimed by the seller's agent.

We were now looking at $6000 in repairs.After the initial anger subsided, we moved on and decided it wasn’t that bad, that is until our contractors really examined the roof, which we knew was in poor shape before we bought the house, but we weren’t ready for the news we got next: Our roof had 3-4 layers.Now, you must be thinking, how did our home inspector miss that?

I still remember going into the title plant and having the title examiner do a quick title check for me and it was in the big book.. just like at a court house that has not digitized.
