But I live 20mins from the house and there is no way the mail can take that long.I used a realtor to find this tenant and she tried to pay cash at first, doesn't seem to have a bank account because she gave me a money order and I found out after she was basically already in that she had a prior eviction.

Hello everyone I'm a Property Manager of 15 apartments in a small town.Tenants pay their rent at our bank.   90% of our tenants pay with a check.I would like to set this up so that Tenants may pay their bill online.Are you doing it this way and is is working for you to have your Tenants pay via Pay Pal or Pop Money or?
