There is a dead tree (tree expert estimated it's been dead for several years, but we just moved in) in the woods that needs to be removed and I am not quite sure if it's on my property or my neighbor's property.

I was there on Saturday at a new development that used to be a tree farm.

When I had to make trips there for the occasional fixes (Pipe froze and busted in the winter, tree blew over from wind, etc) it was pretty easy.

We hire outside contractors to do roof maintenance, gutter/drainage maintenance, furnace maintenance, chimney/fireplace maintenance, plumbing maintenance, tree/shrub pruning at least once a year.

Tip:  when thinking about your evential exit remember, the best time to plant oak trees is 20 years ago.
