Would be nice if you can start off at say 70 LTV and as things appreciate or its paid down, you can easily add more debt to buy more or cash our some for other ventures.  

If the rent is too high, then it is not easy to find tenants because those group of tenants can buy houses easily.

Black Mountain is really great, and the rent rates are strong, but it's pretty hard to win a deal there.

If they are professional, they can explain this quickly and easily.

The first six months of the year it was a laudable feat for buyers to win a contract anywhere in the MSA.

I have a home with 8 bedrooms that I have >$5,000 a month in revenue come in from, after all costs including PITI, Management, funding maintenance, and utilities I pocket $2k a month, each of these two homes will perform just as well I can easily meet the note and set aside cash so a 3 year refinance absolutely works.Thanks for guidance!

OBX doesn't get as much vacation traffic and lacks many of the attractions you'll find here in Myrtle, not to mention our award-winning airport.
