I print up flyers with interior pictures and leave them in the box for people to take.

When folks start questioning the government data and call it bogus I think it displays a lack of understanding/clarity about the macro economy.

We used to do that and then we would print out a amortization table and make a separate principle payment with the goal of paying it off in x years even though the interest on the 25 year loan was more (back then 25 years was the norm).

Put it in big block letters, print it out on heavy card stock paper, and tape in front of where you do business from.Otherwise, if you're ok with buying at retail, negotiate your best terms.

I noticed that his papers were MLS print-outs for some foreclosures in the area (I had been to look at one of them myself earlier today).

I currently have a binder of properties from my drive for dollars, and printed out the city assessment of them.
