I have to disagree in that if you buy a home from a TK provider and their list price is say $90,000 and the home appraises for $90,000,  that does not mean you paid too much for it if you cant sell it on the MLS, it simply means you paid market value.

I choose my battles, but I don't get pushed around by tenants and let them set the rules.And I disagree that the landlord/tenant relationship isn't pretty close to child/parent......know why the world is full of little a-hole kids that have no discipline or respect for other?

@Michael Plaks I disagree, especially on a small scale of only 1-2 properties especially with simple tasks like bookkeeping it literally takes 20 minutes a month.
