The data to provide a comprehensive tenant screen costs money, so if its free can you imagine the quality of the data?  

The difficulty of achieving real world cash flow displayed on the cardsAs a basic introduction it is great though.

I was using quick books in the past but, switched to mint because it is more comprehensive,  convenient, and inuitive.

It is a VERY COMPREHENSIVE course (about 800 pages if I recall correctly).

That should bring up a bunch of topics that explain how it analyze deals.Also just use the tool to calculate a few real properties and you'll start to see how the calculations are done.Also pop over to the new member introductions forum and introduce yourself so we can get to know each other better.

It was much more comprehensive & the documents are much better.

Not ideal.He's toured the home and has gone through a brief discovery call/introduction with myself to ensure there's a mutual fit.
