By taking a sales job, that company would train you to be a better communicator/salesperson.

In my training, I was thought to call the listing number and communicate with the agent your interest in purchasing the property.

Zero communication with prospective tenant leads is needed, and we get plenty of showings.

I think it just depends on the type of communicator the seller is.

Hi @Mike Loughry,In my opinion, any lack of communication, much less regarding this specific topic, is a big red flag with property managers.

For the most part, we have seen great tenants and communication so we are definitely thankful for that!

Try and start communicating with potential investors now, by email, etc.., in the location where you plan on going once you get out, so that they are well aware of you, when you finally show up in person.

Both were not communicative enough and, most recently, the second did not 1)find or 2) repair significant damage to the house during tenant changeover.

Communication with your lender is key.
