I'm a newbie myself to the community, but not to real estate!

Again, I've had my head down from one niche to the next to where it seemed I could always find the "next" good thing.

the house has a bunch of equity, being worth about 750k when fixed up.I  know that on a standard convenetional mortagage foreclosure, there usually additional fees such as unpaid interest, attorney fees etc, apart of the princiapl balance.Is there a way to conservatively assess what will be the actuall "Pay-off" on the 1st?

Pete,Mortgage rates are falling fast and the FED meets September 17th-18th and its a 99.99% they will cut the FED rate by .25. 

He quoted a 20% fee for managing each successful booking and suggested we improve the staging of the house, which he would oversee for an additional 10% of the total staging costs.

I plan to create a diverse portfolio by some point in my life but feel that the best investment so far to start in is real estate.

The worst of them refuse to make repairs to 100 year-old buildings, creating a slum lord problem and giving all of us a bad name in the eye of the public.

I was not really thinking about the investment part when I purchased the house.
