Are you in a climate that allows one to open a window and cool the interior or get fresh air, or would opening the window allow too much wind or humidity?

Do your cleaners fill up just as they would toiler paper etc? 

Cleaners take the garbage to the road if they are there anytime close to garbage day even if it has to sit at the road for a day or two.

@Joe S.Thanks for the feedback Joe, I like to keep the property tax separate because when it fluctuates the lender either overcharges or undercharges sends me the remaining balance in mail that I can easily lose track of and also during refinance it’s much cleaner without having to deal with the prepaid but I do agree it’s much safer escrowing.

We instruct our cleaners to clean everything out during each turnover.

I'm considering starting an S-Corp so I can pay myself a salary and generate W-2 income so it's cleaner when I go to refinance property.

It also has central heat and air, along with baseboard heaters.

While toilet parts last about 4 years, cleaners can shorten their lifespan.

All of our properties are near Air Force (and now Space Force!)
