I did almost everything over email and their web app, only just one brief phone call to clarify a few details.

I'm wondering whether people are using apps on phones or tablets to calculate rehab costs.  

Hit the phones and call every single hard money lender in your area.

My experience with direct mail has been that you have to hit the right people at the right time with the right message - and even then it's a small percentage of people who will pick up the phone.  

If you have tried to reach them, left voicemails, but have not had any response, you might be able to see if you can speak to them in person at their office, or ask the receptionist if they have a cell phone that they can connect you to.

In other words, to find a way to plug them into my phones gps navigation so that I can find the exact lot when I am in the area with my vehicle, many of the lots are sandwhiched between other peoples empty lots.
