Mostly because it's an eyesore, and also because I want to sell my house this summer and this property will bring a good sale price and help mine.

Summer temps in the triple digits in 80+% humidity are the norm not the exception.I wouldn't rent a property out in SC without A/C ...that's a recipe for a lawsuit.

Well, you are the one who needs to recognize when you have accomplished something and take the time to celebrate it.

As such, I am currently debating wither I should try to rent out my condo (starting Summer 2017) or sell it after the Wharf opens.Some pro's for renting, I think, are that I would be able to keep the tax deductions from being able to itemize, I would have someone else paying my mortgage, upkeep and maintenance are minimal as the HOA does a majority of the work and I would get to hold on to the property as more development continues to happen in the area - as there are several on the books. 

I got my first deal this summer that way.  

I'm thinking of getting into both house flipping and rentals part time when I leave university/when I have enough time off during university (such as during the summer possibly).

We have a 3 bed 2.5 bath home with an unfinished basement in CO...we will be renting it this summer and curious on opinions of best value to finish the basement...should we add a bedroom or two, a bathroom?
