'BRRRR' sounds like it would be the most fun, but how does one find those deals? 

Fun fact - I've closed on about 50 multifamily buildings -- maybe $100m+ of deals.  

The first position will continue through foreclosure in order to remove the other liens, apply the safe harbor for the hoa and mitigate their losses.So data wise concentrating in disqualifying characteristics will allow you to assign the investment strategy to each scenario.Its definitely a fun challenge but very time consuming in my opinion real-estate is in desperate need for innovation.

I know circumstances aren't ideal right now with COVID but I think it could be fun to get a few people together to talk about real estate over some coffeeSteve

Plus you have enough cash to do a second deal.I know this is money, but I would get as much fun and learning out of this as possible.1.
