New investor from British Columbia
Hey everybody. New to real estate investing here. Long time listener of BP and have been working on learning and figuring out how to get things start. Would love to connect with people who are knowledgable and want to work out some potential deals. Introduction, I'm from New Westminster, BC. I'm a father to 2 boys and a loving wife. I work as a truck driver locally. Previous to that i worked in oil and gas for 8 years. I love sports, hockey and baseball. Big gym fan and aslo and a Techie with some nice toys and PC builds.
I would love to connect with people who have knowledge about markets outside of the GVRD, vancouver island, saskatoon even looking back in alberta(red deer, Calgary). Would love to hear from you guys and learn some more

Hey Everyone,
Prices in Greater Vancouver are way out reach. I get it it’s all about capital appreciation and not about cash flow. For example buying a house for 1.2 Million in Surrey and rents for $2500 makes no sense. Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba still have the 1 percent rule in play. With the upside to increase value throw Brrr, I’m taking my chips of the table here and going to test the waters there. Maybe a lot motivated sellers if anyone interested in these markets let’s chat
