I do none of my own work, but sure wouldn't mind not having to deal with the contractors going to jail and cars breaking down and everything else that happens.Personally I'd rather manage 3-4 jobs than do the work on 1, but if you enjoy it, knock yourself out.

When they only did search, it was a vertical service, now that they are in multiple areas like smart phones, bandwidth connectivity, maps, driver-less cars, etc that is more horizontal across different services.

I like going forwards..Same with anything else.. you go out and buy a nice car or toy.. realize that the payments are quite high and that you don't really need something like this.. but instead of selling it.. you look for ways to increase your income to not change your lifestyle.Our mortgage and current housing situation isn't hurting us..
