My name is Adam. Since graduating high school I have been in and out of the University of Washington, worked multiple retail jobs, worked on several home remodel jobs and ran an exterior house painting company for several years. Out of everything I have done I have enjoyed running my painting company and working at Home Depot the most as both of these experiences have taught me more than any other job or attending the University of Washington.

 I am a young entrepreneur looking to learn as much as I can about flipping house and real estate investing in the greater Seattle area. In the next few years I plan to start another house painting company, become a real estate agent and in time also start a house flipping company. 

I welcome any advice. I am looking for learning materials, key technologies and mentors.

Thanks for the shoutout Aaron, I'd also say, instead of being aimless, go work for a contractor!  Get a job swinging hammers and learn from the GC!  Best way in my opinion to become a Flipper!  And instead of starting a house painting company plan on becoming a GC instead!
