I recently came to the conclusion that I personally need to take at least 1 day off on the weekend to regroup and spend quality time with the fam cause if you don't you will absolute burn yourself out and not to mention more importantly be missing out on aspects of your families lives!  

If it's your residence, where are you going to live if you can't live there (like if it burned or something) you may consider insurance for that.

I've seen creditors try this several times before and get burned.  

You can burn through a few transmissions before you even get close to the price of a truck.
