I am finding land to build a ground-up duplex-quadplex in Montogomery County, PA.

Overall I definetly have this in the back of my mind, but agree with you that this could be a stretch and may be more advantageous to build reserves and save more $ for a down payment. 

There has been a lot of building going on, but I think in the short term, the only rents that are in danger of resetting are in multi-family.

Hello,I'm interested in selling my 12-unit building in Chicago but I would like to sell it on my own.

There is plenty of office support, AppFolio software, I am open to bumps in commission/bonus structure -- portion of rent raises, lock changes, identifying more MF buildings, commissions IF we decide to sell any properties, etc. 

I have a neighbor with an odd sized little piece of property that would work for me to build a shop for woodworking and general storage.
