@Colleen F.Hey Colleen, it’s funny we went with the $200 pet fee to discourage dogs because we wanted to be able to say all our units were dog friendly but 16 people and 8 dogs is a lot of bodies for one lot “We allow 2 dogs per guest”.

I want to hold it as a full rental after those two years and then get another property, starting the process over again.So my main question is how do I search and find a good investment property, what numbers to crunch and look at, which will then tell me whether this property will be a good investment in the long run or whether I will end up earning very little or losing money when I turn it into a full rental?

Told my wife this is just a wholesaler with no ability to close 1k em up is a joke in a half and these poor people are going to lose the 10k deposit to me and lost their renter and back to the farm .. they are devestated.Now their agent representing them is a bozo as well to let this wholesaler come in there with their pack of lies. so there is that too.
