I'm not entirely sure the product continues to be developed given their asset tracking still says "coming in 2017" but the site continues to operate so I'm going to reach out to the company to see where things are at and whether there's legitimate concern over the product shutting down. 

A favorite that I have started to do is look at your counties tax delinquent site and find multifamilies.

BP has tons of free educational resources at your disposal such as podcasts, blogs, articles, as well as the forum members.
