I remember that nonsense regarding the Tenant's Bill of Rights which originally was going to ban screening for felonies or evictions.

I get numerous complaints from my "good" tenants, complaining about Joe.

This is after numerous times recommending them to set up their account well before the 1st of the month.

I attended some classes with Bill and Kim Cook in Cartersville, Ga., and was hooked big time.

There are numerous groups out there I'm sure working on the same thing (I know of one in Los Angeles).  

I could see new car bills being a bigger concern. 

If your utilities are not metered, you really need to dig into those utility bills and make sure you are charging an appropriate fee to cover those expenses.
