I’m pretty old-school and believe that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.. whenever possible. :)

@Rich Weese spent some time RVing the USA, and he chose to domicile in SD - for tax purposes I believe.

Many will outright refuse to work with them because of the quality of tenant.After keeping an eye on the market for the past two years, and having lived here, I believe there are still two strong areas (non-Summerlin) in Vegas to still invest in right now.

My opinion I don’t believe it will add value, $$$ might be better spend on improving bathroom or kitchen and that will add value..Just my .002

I am not a lawyer, but I find it hard to believe that the landlord can keep your first month's rent and security deposit if he does not provide you with a place in a reasonable amount of time. 

I believe the question should be "should I hire a strong agent or do I have the capacity to sell it myself?"

I truly believe that Real Estste is the best chance that an average person such as my self has to building wealth.9 out of 10 Businesses fail in the 1st year & 9 out of those 10 that made it fail in 5 years!

I don’t believe that is an option. 

I personally believe strongly in Roth IRAs/401ks for many reasons.

He has done I believe 4 roofs for us so far and we are happy with his work and prices and will continue using him.
