Hi Everyone, I am currently rehabbing a buy and hold property and I am in need of some repairs to the roof. Does anyone know of a good roofer that I can reach out to, in order to help me out? Thanks in advance for your replies!

Dave Wandel, of Charis Contractors LLC. BP discourages posting of phone numbers but a google search will bring them right up. He has done I believe 4 roofs for us so far and we are happy with his work and prices and will continue using him.

Dave is active in several of the local investing clubs. You will often see him at the BWI metup or the Anne Arundle REI meetup.
